Pat MacMillan

Pat MacMillan is the founder and CEO of Triaxia Partners, an author with over 30 years of expertise in strategy, leadership development, and team building. He holds both a B. A. and an M. B. A. from the University of Washington and specializes in helping organizations build high-performance teams and effective leaders.

A Seattle native, Pat dedicates time to faith-based organizations, developing biblically-based governance curriculum and serving on boards for non-profits and foundations, including a past role with Cru. He also authored a book on fatherhood, reflecting a personal interest in family leadership.

Unique fact: Pat served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U. S. Armys Berlin Brigade and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal.
