Payal is an Associate Product Manager at ADDA. io with a technical background in backend, frontend, and game development. A Top PM Fellow from NextLeap and an alumnus of IIIT Lucknow, she focuses on creating user-centric solutions by leveraging data-driven insights and managing the end-to-end development of B2B and B2C features.

Outside of her core product role, Payal demonstrates a keen interest in analyzing successful user growth and retention strategies, such as referral programs. She is also passionate about how consumer products like Spotify can be improved to deliver more personalized experiences that resonate with a users specific mood.

Unique fact: She was a research intern who analyzed the use of deep convolutional neural networks for Alzheimers disease detection from medical imagery.
