Peggy Porter

Peggy Porter is a highly experienced public servant, serving as the Administrative Director and Treasurer for the City of Ava for four decades. She holds a Masters Degree in Administrative Studies from Missouri State University and oversees operations and financial administration across all city departments, including electric, water/sewer, sanitation, and parks.

Based on her educational background and affiliations, Peggy maintains a connection to her alma maters, Drury University, where she completed her bachelors degree, and Missouri State University. These institutions represent significant chapters in her personal and professional development.

Peggy has dedicated her entire 40-year professional career to serving the City of Ava.
