Philip Boeckman

Philip Boeckman is a Partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, serving as Managing Partner of the London office and Co-Head of the EMEA Capital Markets Practice. His expertise covers M&A, capital markets, and leveraged financings, advising major European and global corporations. He earned his J. D. , magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri.

He is the Senior Fellow of Americas National Churchill Museum and serves on the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Westminster College. As an undergraduate, he gave tours at the Churchill Museum as part of a student work program, showcasing a long-standing interest in history and institutional service.

In September 2025, he was elected Chair of The Society of English and American Lawyers (SEAL).
