He has progressed through numerous roles, starting as a laborer and apprentice carpenter during summers. He is focused on combining the companys traditional core values of safety, people, quality, and truth with modern technology and systems.
Outside of work, Phillip is a married father of three who actively supports causes related to education, conservation, and rugby. He serves on the boards of Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit High School and Bellarmine College Prep. He was also the two-year captain of the mens rugby team at Boston College.
He has worked in many positions within the family business, crediting his early field experience as the foundation for his passion for the industry.
