Priya Balasubramaniam

Priya Balasubramaniam is the Vice President of Product Operations at Apple, where she has built a distinguished career over two decades. She oversees the global supply chain, manufacturing, and quality for all Apple products. She holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University, providing her a unique blend of business and technical expertise.

Outside of her demanding role, Priya is an avid reader, cook, and bird watcher, hobbies she finds relaxing and that have helped her develop patience. She is also a passionate fan of Michigan State Universitys basketball team and makes an effort to see games in person when she can. She has a deep connection to her alma mater.

Interesting fact: After facing rejection for her first engineering job because of her gender, she has since been named one of the most powerful female engineers by Business Insider and received an honorary Doctorate of Engineering.
