Her career is built on scaling operations at high-growth tech companies like Uber, where she was on the founding team for Uber Eats, and MasterClass. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University.
Rachels personal passion for community and activity sparked the idea for her company after finding it difficult to book local pickleball lessons.
