Reginald Seeto

Reginald Seeto is the CEO and President of Scipher Medicine, an AI-enabled precision immunology company. A physician-scientist by training with an MBBS, he has over two decades of leadership experience across diagnostics and therapeutics, including roles as CEO of CareDx, COO of Ardelyx, and executive positions at AstraZeneca and McKinsey & Company.

Outside of his executive roles, Reginald is a dedicated family man, citing his wife and three children as his primary motivation. He has a personal connection to his work, as he lives with chronic conditions himself, which fuels his passion for developing patient-centric therapies. He has also played rugby in the past.

Unique fact: Despite his familys long lineage of physicians, he initially resisted becoming a doctor because he disliked the sight of blood.
