Reid Tracy
Reid Tracy is the President and CEO of Hay House, Inc. , where he has been for over 30 years. He grew the company from a small publisher into the worlds leading self-empowerment brand by expanding into new media and international markets. He chose to study accounting after seeing high demand for it in newspaper ads.
Reid prioritizes work-life balance, implementing a four-day work week at Hay House and spending a month each summer with his family in Idaho. He is the president of the non-profit Hay Foundation, which empowers women, children, and animals. His personal hobbies include playing golf and he maintains a meditation practice.
He started at Hay House as an accountant from a firm across the hall, initially thinking founder Louise Hay and her staff were "crazy" before joining and eventually becoming CEO.
