He previously founded Sharkbite Games and held key roles at Valve as a founder and lead developer of the Steam platform, as well as at ArenaNet and Monolith Productions. He is a University of Washington graduate.
A lifelong and avid gamer, Ricks passion for the industry extends to his entrepreneurial ventures. He co-founded his previous company, Sharkbite Games, alongside his wife, Susan Mackey-Ellis.
