Robby Fichtel

Robby Fichtel is the National Facilities Manager for Hooters of America, where he specializes in optimizing mechanical systems to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. A long-time member of the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA), he is an expert in managing the infrastructure of multi-location restaurant chains.

Outside of his professional role, Robby values networking and sharing ideas with peers in his industry. He has a unique interest in treasure hunting, reflecting a patient and detail-oriented personality.
