Ron Stratman was the founder of RK Stratman, Inc., building his company into a leading global supplier of screen-printed apparel. In 1983, he became one of the first twelve official licensees for Harley-Davidson, a partnership that defined his entrepreneurial legacy and established his firm as an industry leader in branded merchandise.
His life was a testament to a deep passion for motorcycling that began at age 15. A former racer and member of the Missouri Mules motorcycle club, Ron was a constant presence in the racing community and co-founded Sturgis Harley-Davidson. His enthusiasm for the lifestyle was the driving force behind his professional success.
Inspired by a man riding a live buffalo, Ron famously created the "Buffalo Bike" by covering a motorcycle in buffalo hide, becoming an icon of the Sturgis Rally.
