She previously co-founded EIGHT Brewing Co. with NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman, leading it to become the fastest independent beer launch in its category in Texas history. She holds degrees from The Wharton School and The London School of Economics.
Outside of her professional life, Ruchi is an avid triathlete and dog mom to her pup, Rhubarb. She has been competing in triathlons for nearly a decade, enjoying the discipline and challenge of swimming, biking, and running. She is also an aspiring writer with an insatiable curiosity for learning how things work.
She co-developed and launched a successful light lager, EIGHT Brewing, alongside NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman.
