Russell is a licensed civil engineer and Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, where he leads water and wastewater infrastructure development for U. S. datacenters. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, he focuses on creating scalable utility solutions to support rapid business growth and hyperscale expansion.
Outside of his core responsibilities, Russell is actively involved in community engagement related to his projects, traveling to meet with local stakeholders. He is a proponent of environmental conservation and has represented Microsoft in supporting these initiatives.
