Outside of his executive roles, Ryan maintains a strong interest in business and management theory, following insights from institutions like Harvard Business Review and INSEAD. A British national, he currently resides in Switzerland.
Ryan is the third-generation CEO, being the grandson of the companys founder, H. O. Leighton. The business will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2028.
