Ryan proudly identifies as a member of the Red River Métis. He grew up in an entrepreneurial family and describes bringing people together as being part of his DNA. His recent work has been deeply connected to reconnecting with his cultural roots and building a supportive community for other Indigenous professionals in the tech sector.
After being told there were no Indigenous people in tech, he started the Indigenous Tech Circle, which has since grown into a 950+ member national non-profit.
