A graduate of Aarhus University with a Masters degree, his extensive career includes numerous senior leadership roles at the Carlsberg Group, where he managed large commercial operations across Europe and Asia.
Søren is deeply engaged in the beverage industry, following major companies like The Coca-Cola Company and his former employer, Carlsberg. He travels extensively for his role, recently visiting partners in the Middle East to support local market growth and celebrate team successes in Saudi Arabia and Oman.
Before joining CO-RO, Søren spent over 15 years in high-level executive positions within the Carlsberg Group, including CEO of its Malaysian operations.
