Sally Sidani-Wilkinson

Sally Sidani-Wilkinson is the founder of Re-Balance By Sally, a wellness consultancy focused on workplace menopause support. Leveraging her past experience as a DVP of European Marketing at Spectrum Brands and her Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, she offers a holistic approach to employee wellbeing. Colleagues describe her sessions as enlightening, accessible, and supportive.

Outside of her practice, Sally is passionate about building community among fellow entrepreneurs, organizing "Walk & Talk" networking events in Surrey. She is an active podcast guest, sharing her insights on health and wellness to wider audiences, and enjoys learning new business strategies like social media and email marketing.

She transitioned from leading marketing for major global brands like Remington and Russell Hobbs to becoming a dedicated Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner.
