With over 25 years of experience in sustainable development, renewable energy, and infrastructure across 20+ countries, she has a significant background in Sino-German policy from her 15 years in China. She holds a Master of Science degree.
Outside of her official duties, Sandra is a certified Mindfulness and Mental Health Coach. She is passionate about cross-cultural exchange, shaped by her own study-abroad experience, and actively pursues learning in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She dedicates time to mentoring and coaching executives and junior managers on their career paths.
She is a certified coach who uses yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises in her practice.
