Sanjay Byalal Jagannath is the Co-Founder and COO of Exponent Energy, a startup revolutionizing EV charging. An alumnus of IIT Madras, he leverages deep expertise in hardware and cell strategy from past roles at Ather Energy and Unilever to oversee operations, partnerships, and infrastructure deployment.

Outside of work, Sanjay values developing a healthy work-life balance and social circles beyond the office. His company, Exponent Energy, has developed proprietary technology that can charge an electric vehicle from 0-100% in just 15 minutes without degrading the battery.
