Santosh Kudtarkar

Santosh Kudtarkar is the Dean at FLAME University, where he has been a foundational member since its inception. A Theoretical Physicist by training with a PhD from The Institute of Mathematical Sciences and an MSc from IIT Madras, he specializes in mathematical and quantitative modeling for diverse industries, including consumer research and demand forecasting.

He is passionate about fostering a multidimensional worldview in students through liberal education. His leadership style is personal and engaging, and he emphasizes the importance of lifelong learning, critical thinking, and tolerance to encourage students to become better versions of themselves and good citizens with a global outlook.

He applies principles from high-energy physics and field theory to model solutions in the social and management sciences.
