Scott Helf is the Chief Operating Officer at FERMA Corporation, where he directs sales, operations, and safety for complex demolition and abatement projects. Educated in Business Economics at UCLA, he focuses on building high-performing teams and scalable systems, holding multiple state licenses and environmental certifications to ensure consistent, safe execution.

Driven by a genuine desire to serve others, Scott invests heavily in leadership development and industry service. He is a long-standing member of Vistage, a peer advisory group for executives, and serves as a Board Member for the Environmental Information Association, reflecting his people-first mindset.

He successfully built FERMAs self-perform abatement division from the ground up, recruiting and developing over 65 team members in the first year alone.
