Shannon Rowbury is a three-time Olympian, Managing Partner at West Strategy Group, and an Emmy-winning broadcaster. She leverages principles from her elite athletic career to offer corporate transformation workshops and keynote speeches through her Medalist Mindset™ framework. Shannon holds a Masters degree from Duke University and business certificates from IMD, Harvard, and Tuck.
Outside of her professional roles, Shannon is a dedicated advocate for womens empowerment and clean sport. She co-founded the non-profit Imagining More to support young women in arts and athletics and authored USA Track & Fields first maternity policy. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two children.
More than a decade after finishing 6th in the 2012 London Olympics 1500m, she was recognized as the bronze medalist due to multiple doping disqualifications.
