With over a decade of experience, he advises senior leadership and has a background in enhancing Indigenous procurement processes. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
Outside of his professional role, Shay is deeply committed to community building and cultural awareness. He actively organizes events to bring together Indigenous leaders and entrepreneurs and participates in cultural learning with his team. He also shows personal support for Indigenous artists and their work.
He hosted the inaugural "Growing Together" event to foster Indigenous partnerships and economic growth.
