Her passion lies in hands-on textile crafts like weaving and knotting, reflecting an appreciation for traditional techniques. This interest in artisanal creation is complemented by a broader fascination with the fashion industry, from high-end brands like Louis Vuitton to mainstream labels such as H&M, indicating a well-rounded perspective on design.

Shilpa leads specialized "Tale of Knotting" macrame workshops for the BAV TAiLOR brand in Milan.
