Sietske Teeuwisse is a team, leadership, and organizational coach at De kunst van veranderen. She helps leaders stop the waste of talent, time, and energy by building cultures of autonomy and engagement. People who have worked with her describe her as dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled, with a sharp eye.

Outside of work, Sietske values personal growth and new experiences. She has taken a sabbatical to travel with her family, pursue her interest in diving, and work on home renovations. She has a demonstrated interest in understanding personality archetypes and their role in leadership.

At age 30, she spent three months in Malawi working for the World Food Programme, an experience she describes as a major shock that burst her bubble.
