Stacy Cantu is a governance subject matter expert and the founder of Stacy G. Cantu & Associates LLC, with over 25 years of executive experience in nonprofit organizations. A Certified Association Executive and graduate of Oklahoma State University, she previously served as Chief Governance Officer for Texas Health Resources. Colleagues describe her as energetic, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking.
Outside of her professional work, Stacy is deeply committed to community service. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Metrocare Services, Dallas Countys largest provider of mental health services. She is also a past chair of the Austin East Community YMCA and has served on the YMCA of Austin Board.
She is the recipient of the Ollie Jo Bozeman Governance Professional Award from Texas Healthcare Trustees in recognition of her contributions to quality hospital governance.
