Stefan Rumancik

Stefan Rumancik is the owner of Designer Builders Inc. , a Louisville-based contractor specializing in high-quality custom renovations with a focus on sustainable building. Born into a family of builders, he took over the company in his early twenties and expanded its services while championing green practices.

Outside of work, Stefan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, biking in Louisvilles parks, and attending live concerts. He is also personally renovating his own 1930s home, applying his professional craft to his personal life and passion for historic properties.

He has helped plant over 20, 000 trees, and his family maintains his childhood farm as a Wildlife Refuge.
