Stephanie Azak, BA

Stephanie Azak is the Corporate Secretary for Nations Royalty Corp. , Canadas largest majority Indigenous-owned public company. With a BA in First Nations Studies from UNBC and over a decade of experience, she is dedicated to corporate governance and advancing Indigenous participation in capital markets. She is currently pursuing her GPC. D designation.

As a proud Nisga’a woman, wife, and mother of two, Stephanie is deeply committed to her community. She actively volunteers with the Nisga’a Four Crest Dance Group and local food banks, channeling her passion for cultural revitalization and uplifting Nisga’a citizens through learning and growth.

Her work is grounded in the belief that Indigenous wealth and economic sovereignty must remain in Indigenous hands.
