Steve B.

Steve Blackhart is a Vice President of Corporate Development at Frazier Healthcare Partners, specializing in M&A with extensive buy-side and sell-side experience. An MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, he previously founded the M&A advisory firm Black Eagle Advisors and worked in private equity at FFL Partners after starting his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Outside of his finance career, Steve has a significant athletic background. He played varsity football while attending the University of Southern California. This passion for fitness and performance carried over into his entrepreneurial ventures, where he co-founded Allegiate, a strength training facility.

He graduated summa cum laude from USC, where he was also a varsity football player.
