He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Inspired by his father, a civil engineer, Steves passion for construction began with early site visits. He is an active alumnus of Missouri S&T, a member of the Academy of Civil Engineers, and gives back to the university, including through support for a new construction and materials laboratory.
He is dedicated to mentoring the next generation, stating nothing is more gratifying than helping young professionals grow into future leaders within Clayco.
