Subah Saraf

Subah Saraf is the co-founder of Satvic Movement, a health education platform. As an author and educator, she promotes natural healing and holistic wellness to manage chronic diseases. She developed her expertise by studying under various Indian masters and at international institutes like the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida.

Her passion for natural health stems from her personal journey of overcoming chronic illnesses like PCOS and hypothyroidism, which she was diagnosed with as a teenager. This transformative experience inspired her to dedicate her life to sharing the knowledge of a plant-based, natural lifestyle with a wider audience through workshops and online content.

At just 17, Subah started her health and wellness journey, which led her to co-found Satvic Movement and become a published author.
