Sudhir Krishnaswamy is the Vice-Chancellor of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), his alma mater. A Rhodes Scholar with a doctorate from Oxford University, he is a leading expert in Indian constitutional law. He co-founded the Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) and has taught at several universities globally.
He is deeply committed to demystifying the law for the public. This passion led him to establish the Supreme Court Observer, a platform that makes the workings of Indias highest court accessible to all. He has also worked on several governmental committees, contributing to infrastructure and governance policy in India.
He is one of the inaugural members of Metas global Oversight Board, an independent body that reviews and makes binding decisions on content moderation for Facebook and Instagram.
