Susan Franke

Susan Franke is an experienced financial services professional, formerly serving as an IT Director at Hartford Life. Her extensive background includes program and project management with roles at Voya Financial, Webster Bank, and CIGNA. She earned a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Masters in Finance from Bentley University.

Demonstrating a commitment to her community, Susan has served as Secretary and Governor for the Pond Place Association in Avon, Connecticut. She has also supported local organizations, including the YWCA Hartford Region, indicating a strong interest in community development and local causes.

As Chairperson of Voyas Womens Employee Resource Group, she successfully revitalized the group and significantly increased its membership.
