A graduate of Southern Utah University, she has appeared on the Food Network and holds two Guinness World Records.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Susie is a mother to three children and runs the business with her husband, Todd. She is passionate about making BBQ accessible and family-friendly, viewing it as a celebration cuisine that brings people together. When not grilling, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
