Suzanne Balcom

Suzanne is an Account Manager at The Horton Group with over 20 years of experience as a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. Her background includes specialized expertise in malpractice and business insurance for dental offices. She holds a Masters Degree from Cornerstone University.

Outside of her insurance career, Suzanne is a board-certified Clinical Pastoral Counselor with advanced certifications in marriage and family therapy. She is passionate about helping people overcome lifes challenges and previously volunteered for 13 years as a chaplain at the Cook County Department of Corrections.

She co-founded a non-profit organization that helps incarcerated individuals transition from prison back into society.
