Tatiana Gromenko

Tatiana Gromenko is the founder of SGB VA, a platform that trains and connects entrepreneurs with skilled virtual assistants. A Russia native now based in Singapore, she pivoted from running a digital travel guide and events company to building an ecosystem for remote work, empowering over 20, 000 people.

Outside of her entrepreneurial ventures, Tatiana is a mother who values work-life balance, spending her weekends with her family, cycling, and enjoying time outdoors. She is passionate about Indonesian culture, having studied the language and lived in Bali, where she learned traditional dance and music.

As a university student, she received a scholarship to live in Bali, where she immersed herself in the culture, learning to dance and play the gamelan.
