Originally from Rhode Island, Ted grew up on Narragansett Bay, which sparked a lifelong passion for the ocean and maritime vessels. This, combined with a desire to serve his country, shaped his career. He has now returned to his New England roots, leading a key local shipyard.
Unique fact: Before commanding ships and shipyards, Ted spent 20 years as a naval aviator, flying EA-6B Prowlers from aircraft carriers globally.
