Terri Howard is the President and CEO of Oconee EMC, where she has built her career progressing from Vice President of Administration and Chief Operating Officer. She holds a BBA from Georgia College & State University and has a background that includes human resources management.
Deeply invested in her community, Terri serves on the board of directors for the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce. Her involvement indicates a strong commitment to local economic growth and community well-being outside of her primary role at the electric cooperative.
She is the first female President and CEO in the history of Oconee EMC.
