Tony Jashanmal

As Group President, Tony Jashanmal leads his century-old family retail and distribution business across the GCC. With a Masters in Economics from Hamburg University, he has driven the groups modernization, rebuilt Kuwait operations post-war, and established numerous international brand partnerships.

An avid sportsman, Tony is a passionate Tottenham Hotspur football fan and a regular golf player. Educated internationally in India, Switzerland, and Germany, he speaks seven languages and dedicates time to philanthropy, serving on the boards of educational institutions.

He played a key role in the real-life 1990 evacuation of Indians from Kuwait, an operation that later inspired the Bollywood movie Airlift.
