Trudy Yellow Fly is the Bill C92 Manager for the Siksika Nation Tribal Administration, focused on Indigenous self-governance and child welfare. An Indigenous Child & Youth advocate, she holds a Master of Professional Education from Western University and champions the creation of culturally relevant systems for her community.
Outside of her advocacy, Trudy has a lifelong passion for sports, particularly basketball. She is a former player and coach for Team Alberta in the North American Indigenous Games and has dedicated years to volunteer coaching and working with youth, previously serving as a Sport Development Director.
She actively facilitates Aboriginal Coaching Modules, helping to develop the next generation of Indigenous coaches.
