Veronica Aguilar Hernández

Veronica Aguilar Hernández serves as the Director of Operations & Engineering for Core Systems at Scotiabank, with previous experience as a Subdirector of Service Delivery Management. She is a proponent of Lean Six Sigma and has a masters degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México.

She is passionate about applying professional methodologies like continuous improvement to personal development. Veronica shows empathy for the career challenges others face and is a firm believer in lifelong learning, recently starting a new diploma to enhance her skills.

While serving as a Director, she is actively pursuing a diploma in Cybersecurity and Cyberdefense, demonstrating her commitment to staying current.
