Brittany Gourlay

Brittany is the Global Head of IT Strategic Portfolio at Avolta, with deep expertise in leading technology projects for major retail companies like Hudson, CHANEL, and Burberry. She is an alumna of Montclair State University and has a strong background in program and portfolio management.

She is a passionate advocate for LGBTQAI+ rights, actively participating in her companys ERG and sharing her personal family journey to support the community. Brittany highly values mentorship, drawing inspiration from her leaders and cultivating strong professional relationships.
