Weizhong Li is a Professor at the J. Craig Venter Institute, previously serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at Thermo Fisher Scientific. His work focuses on developing computational algorithms for genomics, RNA-seq, and human microbiome research. He holds a Ph. D. in computational biology from Nankai University.
