Dr. Wilfried Rossoll is an Associate Professor of Neuroscience and Director of the Multi-omics Mass Spectrometry Core Laboratory at the Mayo Clinic in Florida. He leads the Translational Neuroproteomics lab, focusing on molecular mechanisms of diseases like ALS, Alzheimers, and FTD. He earned his PhD in Genetics from the University of Vienna.
He is a dual-grantee in 2025, receiving prestigious awards from both the Kissick Family Foundation and the Tauopathy Challenge Workshop for his innovative research into TDP-43 and tau co-pathology.
