William Duddy is a long-serving executive with a 36-year career at Northern Ireland Water. As a Chartered Civil Engineer, he has held multiple director-level roles, including Director of Billing Development and Director of Customer Services, overseeing key infrastructure investments and policy implementation.
Outside of work, William is deeply passionate about music, particularly folk and old-time traditions. He is an active member and trustee of the Nonsuch Dulcimer Club and serves as an advocate for the instrument in local music circles. He has also been a trustee for National Museums NI.
He is considered a “pioneer and advocate” for the dulcimer, actively promoting the instrument within folk music communities in Ireland and Great Britain.
