Dr. William Kemp is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Neurosurgical Associates of Virginia, specializing in complex, minimally invasive, and robotic-assisted spine surgery. An expert in motion preservation, he graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and earned his M. D. from Indiana University School of Medicine, followed by a residency at the Cleveland Clinic.
