Yael Eisenstat is a democracy activist and the Director of Policy and Impact at Cybersecurity for Democracy. With over two decades of experience combating extremism, she has held roles at the ADL, Facebook, the White House as an advisor to Vice President Biden, and as a CIA officer. She earned her M. A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
Outside of her extensive policy and intelligence work, Yael is a prominent public voice, advocating for a healthier information ecosystem. She enjoys engaging in deep, respectful conversations with those who hold different viewpoints, a practice honed during her time as a diplomat and something she now sees as crucial for healing societal divisions.
