Alex Kogan

Alex Kogan is a nonprofit management professional with nearly two decades of experience leading finance, operations, and administration. He specializes in budget forecasting, staff supervision, and strengthening systems for sustainable growth. He holds a B. A. in Psychology and Economics from Hunter College and is described by colleagues as analytical, quantitative, and effective at managing relationships.

Outside of work, Alex lives in New York City and enjoys spending time with his two dogs, traveling, working out, and discovering new music and podcasts. He is committed to creating nurturing, values-driven environments where young people can thrive, a theme reflected throughout his career.

He is particularly passionate about the infusion of Jewish life and values within childrens programs.
