Dr. Andrew Weems is the CEO and co-founder of Resilient Medical Corp, a startup commercializing its Bravo™ device for breast cancer treatment. A biomedical engineer with a Ph. D. from Texas A&M University, his expertise lies in polymer chemistry, 3D printing, and translating medical innovations from the lab to clinical applications.

Outside of his entrepreneurial and academic roles, Andrew enjoys running, reading, and collecting comic books. Originally from Tennessee, he has a passion for tinkering and understanding how things work, a trait he has had since childhood when he would grow crystals in his mothers bathroom.

He was a prestigious Marie Curie Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham in the UK.
